We are a family owned business with over 30 years experience in I.T. support.

Covering Torquay, Paignton, Brixham, Newton Abbot, Teignmouth, Dartmouth and beyond, we offer a full range of computer sales, repairs, installations and upgrades for any make of laptop, netbook or PC for people at home or for commercial businesses.

BACKGROUND

I was previously a hands-on I.T. Manager where providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment was of paramount importance to my customers and to their businesses.

I maintained a reliable I.T. infrastructure to be able to provide our customers with the service they deserved, and a fast reaction and resolution in the event of an unforeseen issue.

I fully understand how frustrating it can be when something is not working the way it should, or stops working completely. Whether it was a component failure, software or network issue, I was able to attend to it without delay to keep the business running smoothly and to keep my customers and their staff happy.

My values have not changed now that I have my own business.
